Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible.

I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They have a very good professional reputation.
