Very friendly knowledgeable nursing staff. Dr Bilinkski is also very personable, thorough and an exceptional pediatrician. The office is clean and the wait is usually minimal to none. Have been going there since 2010

The office staff is very helpful and friendly. I love that there is no automated phone service and someone answers the phone promptly. Same day appointments are easily made. And most of all the wait time to be seen is not long... with small ones that is a huge bonus. Dr. Bilinsky takes her time with you and answers all questions and is very kind to the children. I am so grateful for the kindness and affection this office shows!!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with this wonderful doctor. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there.

No, the pediatrician is the only provider on staff

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
She takes the time to work with first time moms-I went to another pediatric facility with my son for his newborn visit-we were seen as just another patient and we were hurried through our appt and rushed out the door in 10 minutes. I was not comfortable with that and made the move to switch pediatricians to Dr. Bilinski-she took well over a half an hour to sit and talk to me about any questions/concerns I had, I never felt rushed, she never once cut me off.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
