I've been going to Eye Associates for over 15 years now. If they weren't competent, I'd have looked for a new provider long ago. Even after we moved from the area, I still make sure to go to Dr. Hirsch for all my vision care.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

Never, they are very reliable.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
