They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

If I had to rate them on just their friendliness towards me I would give them the whole five stars alone. This was one of the warmest and most welcoming offices I've visited. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
