The only reason I go to this provider is because of the level of knowledge and expertise from the doctors. I am currently looking for another practice because on numerous occasions I have had to deal with the patronizing attitude of the staff. I understand that they are only following orders to "do their job correctly", but I believe customer service should be number one.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
