I have had 2 procedures done by Dr. Schlechter and I am very pleased. I had some minor liposuction on my chin and most recently he did a revision on a botched rhinoplasty that I had done several years ago by another plastic surgeon. While I was very nervous to have my nose worked on again after my previous bad experience with a rhinoplasty, Dr. Schlechter was great with communicating to me how he could help me and I felt very confident. Im glad I made the decision to have him do the surgery because he did a beautiful job. Not only are he and his staff very friendly and warm, but they make the whole surgical experience as comfortable as possible. The anesthesiologist is great as well. I can't say enough how happy I am with not only how I was treated as a patient but for the excellent results! I highly recommend Dr. Schlecter.

This is not my name, but I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Schlechter and his staff.
I was nervous to go and they made me feel very comfortable on arrival!
Office staff was very private with my information. The nurse that took me back gave me some brief information so I knew what to expect and a pamphlet to look over. Dr Schlechter was very professional and asked some questions on my reason for the visit and I explained my case. He was very professional! After review I was accepted to have surgery.
The office was great in giving out my information and the next steps.
Facility for surgery was great, people very NICE and helpful. My husband was with me the whole prep time and then in recovery. My surgery went fine. I was called to see how I was doing and made my follow up visit. I have one more follow up visit.
I would highly recommend Dr. Schlechter to any one looking for surgery!
P.S. the spa was great as well. Right timing had a free facial. Loved it!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was treated very poorly by this supposedly wonderful plastic surgeon. He did reconstructive breast surgery after cancer and bilateral mastectomy. The treatment this doctor gave me was cold. Waiting room time was well over 1 hour most of the time. The skin on my breast was
badly burned during surgery and no explanation was given. Would not answer any of my questions when I asked regarding the healing of this area and was told to get another doctor in the middle of my treatment. I left crying with my 1 1/2 year daughter with me. I was devastated and had no where to turn. I would never see this doctor again or recommend him to my worst enemy!!!!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
