I am blown away by my tummy tuck results! I spent hours researching the actual surgery and watching tons of YouTube videos. I then went to three different plastic surgeons for consultations. Everything about Spring Ridge Plastic Surgery felt right. Dr. Schlechter is amazing! The staff is always bubbly and positive.

Was told after my first series of injections that in the morning I would not be able to tell I had anything done. I was so swollen and purple that it was alarming. The doctor said he has never had this happen before. When I had my check up after my 3rd and final set of injections...Dr. Schlecter recommended I consider a third series of injections! I informed him I had my third set of injections! I have hard spots at several injection sites but am told they will dissipate with time.

This is my second visit with Dr. Schlecter. While I was satisfied with the results of my Botox after my first visit, I was not satisfied with the 'experience' of being seen in the office. After being shown to the treatment room, I was instructed to remove my shirt and to put on a special bra. A box of implant samples was left with me. Feeling quite confused, I followed the instructions and waited patiently for the doctor- perhaps they 'assessed' all new patients and provided breast augmentation consults. A med. tech entered apologized, and told me to remove the bra. Again, I followed directions, still confused. Dr. S. then entered, administered the botox injections and left. Though I was happy with the results, I left feeling uncomfortable and confused. Communication was clearly not a strength in this office. I would have expected a follow up call or perhaps an account credit--considering I was a new patient and had an unsettling experience. I have not yet felt comfortable recommending this office to friends or colleagues. I am hopeful that with today's experience, this will change.

Dr. Schlechter - finger surgery, scupt sure and botox. Very happy with all services and information sessions. Only exception was sculp sure - waste of money.

I would like like to be seen in a timely fashion. I come in on time for appointments but am often left waiting 20-30 minutes before iI am treated .

My opinion is that I was only told the happy path prior to the procedure. My healing time was much longer than explained and even at 6 months post op, I am less than happy with the end results. I had a chin lift and lower eyelids procedure. My chin is slightly improved but not the results I had hoped for. My eyes do look less tired but I have had chronic eye irritation, my eyes water regularly and I am unable to wear contacts since the prcedure. Still working on the resolution.

THE NIGHT BEFORE SURGERY I GOT MY CALL BUT THEY HAD CHANGED THE SURGERY TIME TO EARLIER AND THAT WAS WHEN I FOUND OUT ABOUT IT. I THINK THEY COULD HAVE CALLED EARLIER THAN THE NIGHT BEFORE TO INFORM ME. ALSO,THE NEXT DAY,WE ARRIVED10 MINUTES EARLY FOR THE SURGERY AND NO ONE WAS HERE UNTIL ABOUT 15 MINUTES AFTER WE WERE SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE MAKING US DOUBT IF MY SURGERY TIME WAS RESCHEDULED. OTHER THAN THESE GLITCHES,THE SURGERY WENT WELL!

Dr Schlecter was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly. I went to school with Dr. Schlechter and when I decided to have this procedure I knew I would have him perform the surgery. Very caring and professional. The entire staff here is amazing!
