His staff was great. He wasn't helpful. He told me to hope my condition gets better despite being an ongoing issue that's gotten worse.

The thing is, I have a good idea of what's going on based on research. He wasn't too interested in the explanation, the article I had, or discussing it.

I told him I didn't trust that I would just get better. His response was to ignore my comment and hurry me to the check out counter.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

They were not able to diagnose my condition quickly. In fact it is still undiagnosed and am searching for answers. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located.
