He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I couldn't believe how long it took them to get back to me with my test results. I had to call them several times just to get someone to talk to me. What a horrible experience... complete dissatisfaction with this entire office.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They did fit me in after spending the evening before in the ER. First time I ever saw him. He was rude and arrogant, and did not answer my questions. Would NEVER go to this office again!!

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
