Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Hard to get an appointment and when you do, you wait.
Hard to keep MD on task, overlooks some labs. Seems very stressed because of having to keep up with the numbers game set up by hospital system she is working with. Spends more time trying to write up visit notes on the laptop computer.
Missed some pretty important signs and symptoms of a serious medical problem because she did not have time to really delve into what my complaints (sent several times) were about.
