Poor service. It takes over a week for the them to correct a mistake they made in prescribing the wrong medication to me. This is a medicine I've been taking for 3 years, so there is ample documentation. When I brought the error to their attention, it took them over a week to call in the correct medicine. Meanwhile, i went through significant and potentially dangerous withdrawals. (This is not a controlled substance either). I am horrified by the deterioration in basic customer,patient service at this practice over the past few years. The owners have apparently invested all their money in opening as many locations as possible, but the quality of service at each location has suffered tremendously. They do not seem to care much about their patients anymore - it's more of an assembly line, highly impersonal operation.. I can't wait to find a better health care provider. This is unacceptable.

Not at all; the equipment is dangerous!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all; cheap and plastic
