I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
