They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. This provider sometimes has promotions going on but only if you ask. You really have to look hard to find coupons. Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, I was encouraged to ask as many as I could. There was no rush to get me out and I left feeling very educated and informed.
