This was my first office visit to Charleston Women's Wellness Center. I was impressed by the office staff. They were very friendly. I really liked Dr. Orr. She took her time with me in the examining room. I never felt like I was being rushed. I will definitely make this my women's center!

They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else- I had labs done and recv'd a statement from my insurance that two were not covered. I called and left messages twice. The thrid time I was transferred to another person Vmail. No one wanted to take ownership and explain what was done and why it was considered "investigational". I am still waiting for someone to explain. The total charges are over 900.00. In addition to that, evey OB ultrasound I had scheduled they cancel to reschedule. Obviously they have staffing issues. It is very frustrating. To say the least I have changed my OB services in the middle of my pregnancy due to the lack of professionalism, concern and work ethic this office has. This office sucks! I would not recommend my worst enemy here!

I cant begin to say enough nice things about Dr. Orr. She is by far the best Dr. I have been to. I have had irregular periods for the last 4 years and have been to multiple doctors and none of them could get to the bottom of the problem. Dr. Orr took the time to figure out that i have PCOS. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting her. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
