They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. CHARGED ME FOR NUMEROUS TESTS. REFUSED TO RETURN ANY CALLS TO GIVE RESULTS. ABUSIVE FRONT DESK. AVOID!!!!!!

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. In fact...this office is a scam. The "DOCTORS" there have No phone, No extension, No email, NO WAY AT ALL to reach them except through their assistant who is the NASTIEST BEYATCH. She refuses to call back, acts like she's the resident doctor and is unbelievably terse, confronting and a DISASTER. I wouldn't leave MY DOG at this fake doctor's office, let alone anyone there I cared about. STAY AWAY FROM DR. NEWBERRY AT THIS PLACE. They will take your money, treat you like crap, charge you for tests and refuse to give you the result when you call again and again.
