Dr. Craddock saved my life... If not for his empathy and knowledge of full blown addiction i wouldn't be alive today... He is the first dr that i have seen that actually cares about me as a patient and not a paycheck!! He talks to me like in a human with a disease not like a junky... I have a newfound respect for drs thanks to Dr. Craddock.

Awesome Dr... Went years ago... Moved away came back and truly couldn't ask for a more approachable, down to earth Dr who truly listens where u dont feel like just another check in the bank! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice
