They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

The receptionist made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or the healthcare of my child. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should definitely work on improving their professional reputation. I did not feel safe having my child in their care at all.
