My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.My children have been seeing Dr.Furr since they were born and i always thought he was a good Dr. He has had serval P.A 's working with him BUT THIS ONE HE HAS NOW IS A REAL PIECE OF WORK . HERE ARE THE SEVERAL THINGS SHE SAID TOO MY CHILDREN BEFORE:
-Beauty fades and dumbness stays.
-She smply called one of my children FAT!
-"You dont need to come to the doctor for every little thing"
-"There are kids that dont have medicade and cannot afford their medicine"
-My daughter has the osgood-schlatter disease in her knee and she made the remark about how she ran her son's foot over and he still went to school that same day.
-"The little boy that got stabbed by his step-father hasnt missed as much school as you"

This pediatrician had two separate rooms for "sick" and "well" children. You could tell that they really went the extra mile in making sure that the healthy children didn't catch anything. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
