After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan.

I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in at the earliest opportunity. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour to get it answered. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. One thing I noticed about their office was how child friendly it is and that it is always immaculate and clean. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful, I just love this place.

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Worst staff that I have ever experienced, extremely rude, and unhelpful. just one call to their staff and you can tell how bad they have been trained, i feel bad for how badly this doctor is being represented, because he is not a bad doctor.

I have a special needs child and Dr. Sherri always keeps on top of what's going on with him. We have been with them for 11 years now and have always been pleased. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here.
