I was visiting Charleston and had an emergency with my left eye. I called Dr. Ellyn's office. The staff was very responsive and helpful in scheduling my visit ASAP. During my visit, the staff was excellent, made me feel comfortable and lessened my anxiety, especially Audra. I can't say enough good about Dr. Ellyn. He was so nice, great manner, very thorough exam and he referred me to a specialist, made arrangements for me to see retina specialist within hours. Overall a positive outcome to a scary upsetting situation. Thanks to all at the Smith St. office, especially Audra and Dr. Ellyn.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
