They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I had poison ivy and they got me an appointment the same day I called and helped me get some relief.

I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

I have seen Dr Pena at her medical office and at her "cosmetic" office along with her PA's. I can not EVEN complain. Her office staff and her medical staff are awesome. Products that are suggested work really well, they are really worth what you pay.
I had to have a few odd moles biopsied and all turned well. I have had multiple cosmetic procedures performed at Dr Pena's "Studio" and have thoroughly enjoyed the experiences along with her staff there also. I would recommend anyone and everyone becoming a patient of this office.
