Tried to answer one of the doctor's questions about my health and she stopped me. She only wanted a yes or no answer, though the question wasn't exactly a yes or no question. Visited her office 3 times, averaged five minutes with her. Office was never busy but she seemed in a hurry to finish my appointment. I didn't have ins at the time and paid cash each visit. Maybe that is why I received poor service? No ins to bill lots of procedures to? Several signs in office stated to please limit visit to one medical concern. They aren't kidding, when you can't give more than a one word response to questions she asks. Won't be returning. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly disappointing.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming, as well as warm and professional. The office was easy to locate. Very pleased with Dr. Huggins.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
