I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. The only drawback is when you go to see a doctor you get a physicians assistant instead. The lack of a properly trained doctor seeing you first is somewhat of a problem for me.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
