This physician and office has been the WORST experience of my lifetime and I am 51 years old. They cannot code billing properly resulting in hours of my time attempting to have it corrected and as of today - 6-9-15 - my lab bill from my annual physical of 1-2014 is STILL NOT corrected - was turned over to collections and affected my credit horribly. The physician/office even went so far as to send my husband and I certified mail to terminate our patient/physician relationship due to their mistake that is an easy fix. As if we would even dream of going back to see them after the endless hours I have spent on the phone with my insurance - their office - and their billing office attempting to have this corrected. I am NOT paying $293 out of my pocket for something my insurance will cover 100%. They corrected the office visit charges for my husband and I - we both went 1-9-14 for our annual physicals - and all bills - office visit and corresponding labs were coded wrong. They corrected my husband's lab bill but STILL have not corrected mine. HORRIBLE - would not recommend to anyone!

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
