Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Dr. Mathes is an EXCELLENT Internist, and let me know she really cared about my health.

Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

On occasion the office is a bit chilly. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism.
