Staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. HIPPA violations galore. Charges an exorbitant amount for tests that are not performed. Office is dirty and sheets are not cleaned before next app't. Cannot understand Dr. very well and he does not explain what he is doing or why. BEWARE!

Dr. Zhou, Naomi here. I can't tell you enough on how much I miss you and your staff. You all have been the best. Now that I have moved to a different state I have yet to find a Dr. Quite like you. I sure do miss you and your staff.

Charged 1100.00 dollars for a nerve study test which was three pricks. Never even looked at rash I showed nurse first visit and second visit. He didn't even finish the test on right arm when he finally saw the shingles. I objected to charged and office told me she wasn't in there so she couldn't say. I canceled next visit. Three pricks when a pin when I kept pointing out rash is ripping us off. Like ordering a cat scan without even examing me, looks like they just want the big money from test Never go them.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

Their equipment was super advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed with how high-tech everything was. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
