Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Definitely! I could hardly stand to be in the room

Don't bother with this doctor. The appointments were a total waste of time. Even getting there for the first appointment slot of the morning, I still wasn't seen until noon, and he spent less than 5 minutes with me. Being in that office is depressing, and even other patients were rolling their eyes, complaining and trying to joke about the crummy situation. The doctor walked past several of us who were waiting outside in the sweltering hot sun, and he didn't acknowledge us at all. Turns out that was just a preview of what we were about to get once inside the office.

After waiting several hours for him, he declined to look at the MRI I brought him (I went out of my way to get it for him) and proceeded to un-diagnose my condition and pass me off on a type of specialist that doesn't even deal with the problem I'm having. Then he had the nerve to act like I was wasting his time.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.
