I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
