Pleasant atmosphere, courteous staff. Good advice. Dr. Malone takes time for explanations on pain and other physical problems.

I have seen Dr. Martin in this practice. Last time I went in for my monthly appointment, I was told that the doctor would not see me again, ever. I was told it was Dr. Malone's orders. I did nothing wrong, and the office staff did not know why either. I talked with the office manager and she was very kind and upset because she did not know why I was let go. She just shook her head and said she would get to the bottom of it. She told me she would call me later, but never did. I sent three letter, pleading to know why - one to Dr. Malone, one to Dr. Martin and one to the office manager. None were answered. I sent a records release weeks ago, but none of my records have been sent. Why would the doctor not even want me to have my records so that my new doctor can treat me? Why would they not even tell me why I was fired? Again, I did NOTHING wrong. I have always followed doctor's plan of treatment. I have always been friendly and cordial with doctor and staff. I have always paid cash up front. This has been devastating to me and has caused me loss of sleep, increased pain, and depression.
