They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
