It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I felt comfortable that the medical equipment they used was the most advanced and safest models available. I knew that I was in the very best possible care.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their staff is very friendly and professional. One thing I appreciated was that the chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Dr. Lawson is well worth the wait. I trust him and he's very personable. He spends time talking to you and see how everything is going.
