On 9/8/10, I arrived at Baylor Emergency in Dallas with cardiac arrest and zero pulse. Dr. Schussler was waiting in the emergency room. I truly believe I would not have survived without his immediate attention and expertise in cardiology. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

DR.. SCHUSSLER is one of the nicest, thoughtful, and carring Doctors I have ever visited. I cannot believe the bad review that was written on this blog, you obviously had the wrong Doctor.

I was referred to Dr.Schussler by my primary care doctor and he definitely put me in good hands with Dr.Schussler. He made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough. No question was too big or small. He and his staff are top notch here in Dallas. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Dr, Jeffrey M Schussler, aka "DR DEATH" should have his medical license taken away from him by the AMA. I have been seeing cardiologists for 23 years with about 8 hospital stays.Dr. Schussler is by far the worse and most unprofessional cardiologist that I have ever seen in my life. When I visited Dr Schussler, he did a few tests and took me off all heart medicaions. When I questioned him, he said that I was in perfect health. I said aren't you going to do blood work, stress test or other heart tests. Dr Schussler again reiterated that I was in absolutely perfect health and did not need any of the medications, ie coumadin, Cardizem and digoxin that I was on. So all medications were discontinued by Dr Schussler at Baylor University Medical Center Specialty Heart Clinic, Dallas, Texas. He said see your Primary Care doctor within the year and make another appoinment to see me in one (1) year.

Well, Dr Schussler after 2 months I am in the hospital (NOT BAYLOR) with a stroke, that could have been prevented if you were not so unprofessional in discontinuing all my heart medicines. You do not deserve to call yourself a Cardiologist and I am following up with a Complaint to the AMA on you and the cardiology care or lack thereof that I received from you and Baylor University Medical Center.

The rating sytem allows me to give you a 1 to 5, but I woud give you 0 (ZERO), if the rating system allowed.

Please be aware that if you see Dr Schussler you are doing so, with the risk of death. I am alive, but my stroke could have been fatal. To spend only 2 to 3 minutes with Dr Schussler should have sent up the red flag, but please do your research on doctors before picking one. My decision to see Dr Schussler 2 months ago was near fatal.

Ted W and VERY LUCKY TO STILL BE ALIVE!!!!

Don't have a comparative since Schussler is the only cardiologist I've seen and it was in a semi-emergency basis. My GP made the referral and I was impressed. I'm a type A, very involved and curious patient and once he adjusted to that he was very thorough in his explanations. He's innovative in his techniques yet patently prudent in his protocols (defensive medicine is inescapable even after tort reform). Bottom line: If he leaves Baylor, I'll follow him.
