My husband and I both see Dr Garza .. he is great.. If I had a heart attack I would defintley want him looking after me... He doesn't rush you in and out of the office.. takes his time with each patient

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. The doctor is OK, the staff and the way they run the ofice is horrible. I had to wait more than 2 hours for a SCHEDULED appointment--when I spoke with the office staff, they said (to a person) "oh that is just him. Nothing you can do about it. Just get used to it." Customer service is TERRIBLE. I was having cardiac events, and called him from my home during office hours--spoke with someone who said he would talk with the doctor, and call me before the end of business. never called back. 3 days later, the nurse practitioner called me but wanted to know what I wanted--did not have any info from my previous call, was impatient, couldn't seem to understand, and said for me to keep my next appointment (which was 1 month away). Their staff do not wear name tags nor introduce their role (they say, hi, I am sally, but not if they are an RN or med tech--I had to ask). A female staffer took 3 sticks to get my IV started for my nuclear medicine medicine--told me my veins clot (when in fact, she blew them--so I have great big bruises now) and told me how "sclerotic" my veins are (Really???). And this is the person who injected me with the radioactive medicie for my test. Still don't know her qualifications. Again-I think the doctor is OK, but the way they run the office, and the uncaring attitude of the staff is unacceptable.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I like the office environment.
The personal attention to all my concerns.
