My family and I have been seeing Dr. Harris for approximately 18 years now. We have always found him to be very professional, listens to our concerns, and someone who genuinely cares about his patients and their health. His reception and nursing staff are caring as well and create an environment that is welcoming. Dr. Harris always goes above and beyond to treat our concerns and help us find answers. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and knowledgeable dermatologist.

Very unprofessional environment. Dr. Harris did not listen. He did not give me answers. He just prescribed me a cream and sent me on my way.

We have insurance and both times, they have charged us over three-fourths of the amount. For instance, BCBS explanation of benefits said we owed then $7.30 (our part). However, when we had the doctor's appt., they charged us over $200 saying that we had not paid our deductible--which we don't have a deductible with our insurance.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information he was not very proactive with my concerns. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome but his immediate assistant was nice, the outside staff were not, it was assemby line feeling. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I had to make eye contact to get their attention or they would just keep typing/filing away. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. As it is difficult to get inot specialists I will give this one another try.

I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
