Dr. Lund failed to provide a proper diagnosis and the samples and prescription she gave me actually made my issue worse. She failed to listen to me completely and claimed to have dealt with other patients having similar issues (my issue was treated improperly). Performed a biopsy and failed to provide adequate results/findings. Failed to meet a records request submitted in writing within the 30 day time limit set by HIPPA regulations. Rushes to minimize interaction with the patient Only after receiving a second opinion from a family practitioner who actually listened to the medical issue I was having did my did I reach a successful medical resolution. Please seek a second opinion if you have a complex medical issue requiring a specialist.
