Please do not go here. I took a family member to this man because we were just passing thru, visiting and an emergency came up. He was the name that Big Bend Home Health gave us, as someone who could likely see my family member right away. He misdiagnosed, he was completely non responsive for follow up. His staff seem so insecure in their jobs and ignorant- like if you took people from behind the counter at the local sonic burger joint, and stuck them behind the desk there. He made a BIG mistake, one I do not want to detail because I have heard from the other doctor we ended up visiting that Sanchez is extremely vindictive. I am here to warn you, not to offer myself for vindictive retaliation from this awful, misguided man. There is a whole group in Alpine trying to get the TX Board to revoke his license.

This place is just the worst, WORST place I have ever been- and that includes a few 3rd world countries. David Sanchez is not only a horrible doctor (there are numerous complaints, some of them extremely serious, about his medical negligence and general unprofessionalism. (Dr Luecke in Ft Davis, Dr Billing in Presidio or Dr Schwartz in Marfa are all decent doctors and people, and do extraordinary work considering the dire situation the state of TX is in, esp in the poorer, rural areas. If you must see a doctor when you are there, I urge you to call on one of them and STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS ARROGANT, VINDICTIVE AND INCOMPETENT ASS AS YOU CAN! He seriously does not know what he is doing, and he will find a way to BLAME YOU for that fact. He is as bad as they get.
