I have been with him for multiple years, but like a previous reviewer, had a problem with a refill. I had overlooked the years of poor record keeping and my annual physical being a quick in and out because I generally liked Dr. John. I'm in very good health so my physical lasted all of 15 minutes. However, this last experience with my refill and his response to it when I escalated the issue within his office has left me looking for another doctor. I would not recommend him. Unless you are willing to keep your own records (he asked me last time I was in what medications I was own and the amounts), find someone else. He's a nice guy, and I think he knows his stuff, but his office, their follow through, and his response to problems about his practice when they do rise - nope - get someone else.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
