I saw him years ago (he was my doctor for awhile until he changed to a different clinic). He was seeing me for a troublesome sore that wouldn't go away. After trying a couple of medical treatments, he biopsied it himself, got word from Pathology that it was a basal cell carcinoma, and sent me to a surgeon. This was in 2002. Great doc!

Dr. Tsai is a very good doctor. As my primary care physician, he did a skin biopsy. It turned out to be basal cell carcinoma and he referred me to a great skin surgeon.
