Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I usually look for more in a doctor. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. You can't get test results in 7 days. You can't get referrals in a month. Very poor customer service. Refuses to think out side of the box and is afraid of being sued

The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
