Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

No, there was no annoying music

No, but they said they were going to!
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

They ignored my questions and my appointment was never set show little consideration they seem to care nothing about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The doctor was qualified answered all of my questions. when my appointment was made 6 months after staff never called me to say oh doctor went on vacation/out and reschedule another appointent for me i was very upset since i waited 6 months to see her and never got to. So now i hope she has better staff more caring about her patients it's ashame she can'nt be at two places at the same time. sincerely
