Obviously, this doctor does not need new patients. After trying about five times to get an appointment, a month away, I got a call yesterday that since the doctor had been called away so my appointment was cancelled. She said to call back at the office number to reschedule. I had just missed the call, so immediately called back,but no one answered the phone. Today I called back to reschedule my appointment and they said it would be another month before I could see him. I need a doctor now, not in another month, so I will continue my search for a good family doctor elsewhere.

Staff is Rude! Does not get back to you. Appointments are hard to get when sick! I waited a month to get an appt. By that time I had already decided to go to urgent care because I was so sick. Already changed doctors due mostly to staff and never able to get an appointment when I am actually sick!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
