They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Dr. Hillner doesn't take time to talk to his patients - you definitely feel like he is just trying to run as many people through as possible. There's no sense that he cares about his patients at all.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
