I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. Best dr I've seen in texas. He listens and staff is great and never a long wait time to be seen.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
