Dr Besco's medical assistant is unprofessional, insulting, and over all has a bad attitude. As a new patient, I waiting 40-45 minutes past my appointment time just to see her come into the exam room. No apologies given. During my 40 minute wait, I could hear Dr Bescos in the next examine room discussing architecture, SMU, and other non topics with a patient. My time is just as important and valuable and I am paying for a service....not for her to chit chat and take insults from her medical assistant.

I like Dr. Bescos so I put up with her staff for a few years, but I ultimately decided to find another doctor. The last time I was there I waited two hours just to get into an exam room. And I'm pretty sure the only reason they even got me in the room that soon was because I threatened to leave because I needed to get back to work. On several occasions I've overheard male doctors in the hallway making fun of patients for one reason or another (the walls aren't paper thin, morons). Also, when I switched insurance and needed a form from their office to refill my prescriptions, it took them over a week to take care of it. Which, they only did because I kept calling, and calling, and calling. They finally took care of the form after I called three times in one day, was spoken to rudely by a nurse who just wanted to point fingers. She displayed absolutely no concern or sympathy that I had been out of medication. Then she says she'll call back in 5 minutes. Over an hour goes by and I heard nothing. Finally I call back and the scheduler tells me, "she's filling out the form right now." No thanks. Can't recommend this office.
