I have been a patient of this office for over 15 years. Recently I made an emergency appointment and arrived 10 minutes late. I had to wait in line to get to the counter for over 5 minutes. Because thery have a policy that if you check in 15 minutes late you have to rescedule, my appointment was cancelled. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was cordialy told too bad. We can see you next week.

This practise has more patients than they can manage and obviously dont care about their long term patients. Too bad Dr. Dotti, I know you mean well, but you have let your pratice move from one of care to one that only deals in money.

I will be finding a doctor that values his clients

The wait in the office can be long- but the wait in the patient room is torture. You know to bring a book and snack on this wait. There is favoritism towards certain clients --perhaps people from the church....He clearly has no control over the behavior of the staff as they are silly and immature in their actions. Getting Medicine refilled has turned into a game of control...all we want is our medicine without having to beg for it and grovel. Some of us have been told we should go to over doctors because Dr Dotti is never there and is full now with patients. Also the patients with the best insurance are treated better --ya think?

In this writers uneducated opinion...

This doctor and his practice believe everything can be fixed with an Anti-Depressant pill. I would bet that the majority of his patients are prescribed anti-depressants without need. He seems to get his patients 'hooked' or started on samples then when addicted the prescriptions are free flowing after that. Imagine pharmaceutical representatives just love him for pushing their pills.

If you are truly seeking help for any medical condition go somewhere else. This quack prescribes anti-depressants for every ailment imaginable (headache, backache, temper control, asthma, diabetic, divorce, marriage, your child turning 2) Fix it with an addictive, costly drug.

No need to mention his 'bedside manor' he does not posses a conscience or genuine concern for his patients.

GO elsewhere! He practices his drug cocktails in Africa on the sick and dying on a pretty regular basis.
