If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I have Tried calling to make an appointment for 3 days straight and was asked to leave a voice message and someone would call me back but no one has and it's been over a week now and had to go to a Urgent care!!!!!!

They are difficult about faxing in prescription refills. They are difficult about sharing copies of your records. They won't share routine lab results over the phone and insist on a appointment regardless and like to force multiple appointments.

They are over agressive with medications (go for high doses first it seemed) They stopped taking medicare which is fine but it all added up seems to give one the idea that revenue stream optimization takes priority over patient focus. They are a business not a charity but there's a probably a point where it goes too far.....

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered By the doctor and I got to hear the doctor both call the staff dumb ass and a patient for not showing up, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left no treatment just a name of another doctor. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
