I have been a patient of Dr. Himel's for over 20 years. Each and every time that I had a visit there, everyone was very friendly and professional. For a family physician, you could not ask for any better. They answer all of your questions to the best of their ability.

The staff at this office is horrible. They have been rude time after time. My parents have been patients of Dr. Himel's for 7 years and they were recently in a car accident. my mom is in coma and my dad needs to be checked out by a doctor to make sure that we are properly managing his injuries. The staff at Dr. Himel's office were INCREDIBLY rude to my dad, telling him that they "do not see people like him. People who have been in car accidents." My dad is incredibly patient and calm and was stunned when the office manager hung up on him. This is not the first incident - 7 years our family has gone to this doctor - but it's not worth it. They are RUDE.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Dr. Himel is an excellent physician you can talk to and get straight answers. An excellent experience.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
