OK. I havent met Dr Anderson but I was referred to by a friend who lives in Irving. I am writing this review not about Dr Anderson or his care, but about his staff that I spoke on that phone to fix an appointment. Both the people I have spoken to seemed lifeless and unwelcoming on the phone. This first appearance was not very appealing and I would prefer to go to a place where patients are treated like they have to be not matter the how reputed the doctor is. I understand staff is busy and occupied with loads of work, but good reception is also a part of their and they are paid to make their customers feel comfortable.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
