They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They used a bit too much foul language for my comfort. Their staff was not friendly at all, and incompetent, I didn't feel welcome there. . It made me uncomfortable and I was sure I didn't wanted to return. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me and they get their records crossed, they are confused as to how much you owe, never check insurance benefits but send bills constantly but when I'm there they don't mention it. This place is filled with a bunch of morons.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. When I called back with some additional questions the person answering the phone appeared to not want to be bothered with connecting me with a nurse. She wanted me to just come on in. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll be going back. I didn't have a bad experience but another visit will tell if I fire him or not.
