Dr. Sprouse's qualifications are clearly available to all his patients. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Dr. Sprouse and his staff are always impeccably dressed whether I'm the first patient of the day or the last. They maintain a professional appearance and they look their very best at all times. Dr. Sprouse answers all my questions clearly and adequately. He and his staff always give me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was told that I could contact them if I had any other questions at all about my situation. Dr. Sprouse is an extremely thorough and very brilliant Family Practice practicioner. I feel most fortunate that I can call him "my doctor."

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
